I am pleased to announce that today Scio Consulting and Technology has become part of eStorm Australia. eStorm is a dynamic and fast growing IT Services business based in Stones Corner and over the last seven years have built a solid reputation providing quality IT support to small and medium businesses in South East Queensland and further afield. In addition to the IT support services eStorm also offers internet and domain hosting services plus training facilites and a full internet lounge at their main office.

What does this mean for you?
The same great service you have received from Scio will continue but be expanded through the greater resources of the three full time technicians at eStorm. I will gradually take a step back from being hands on with the day to day technical work as eStorm comes up to speed with your requirements but still maintain an overseeing role within the organisation.

So what happens now?
Please direct all enquires to admin@estorm.com.au or call 07 3120 0640. My mobile number will remain the same but where possible please endeavour to call the main number as this will enable better tracking of service work.

Any invoices that you have received to the end of last week are payable to the Scio account but any new invoices will be done via eStorm. All pre-paid service contracts will be honoured unless we are advised otherwise.

If you have any questions or would like to meet the new team, please let us know and we would be more than happy to assist.

At Scio Technology we pride ourselves in going beyond just sales and servicing. We constantly strive to partner with our customers to ensure they get the most out of their technology.

The entire creative industry is entering into an exciting (and potentially confusing) period with some significant product releases occurring. We must now “put our money where our month is” and the challenge is – how do we and our vendor partners best help our customer base at a time like this?

The answer is in the Black Book. Designed to be a resource of change for your organization the Black Book is a collaboration between Scio Technology and our vendor partners Adobe, Cellnet (Apple), Linksys, Canon, DataBasics and DataBank. The Black Book will be mailed directly to your organization mid April. A comprehensive hardware, software and services guide that incorporates information and advice to help you make the right choices when upgrading your technology. There are limited numbers, so the Black Book is only being made available to those creative organizations currently on the Scio database. There is a small surplus, so if you require an extra copy or know of someone who would benefit from this valuable guide, please secure this by return email – we will be happy to mail extra copies while stocks last.
