We currently have a position available for an onsite technician. The role will initially be on a casual basis but with a view to becoming a permanent, full-time position in the future.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Windows desktop and server configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Active Directory, SBS 2003 and Exchange 2003 administration experience
• General TCP/IP networking knowledge and experience in configuring network routers and wi-fi installations

Desirable Skills:

• Unix/Linux administration
• Cisco administration
• Mac desktop and server configuration and troubleshooting

      The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in the IT industry providing onsite services to clients. They must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a strong record of client satisfaction.

      Remuneration will be commensurate with skill and experience level.
